Xenia is awarded Fulbright Visiting Scholar Fellowship 2022 at the Inclusive Ecologies Incubator, Pratt Institute New York City, is founder and director of the education and research centre in the largest Art Park in Europe, the Nikola-Lenivets Classroom, established in 2017 with the support of Robert Mull and the Global Free Unit. She has 10 years teaching experience at universities in the UK, Europe and Russia and currently leads an MA Studio with Alejandro Haiek at Umeå School of Architecture, Sweden. Xenia played a central role in founding the Moscow School of Architecture, MARCH, in 2012, together with Robert Mull and Eugene Asse.

Xenia's recently completed projects include St Paul's Gateway, a private school in Kaluga, finalist proposal for the New Almetyevsk masterplan, which proposed ecosystem services remediation and expansion for this post-oil capital and new restaurant and eco-tourism infrastructure for Nikola-Lenivets Art Park. Recent research and curatorial projects include Nature's Ecolomies: micro-scale ecosystem services to improve life in cities and Art as Labour: how cultural labour economies future-proof communities.

Architect, educator, urbanist and activist. Head of the several architecture schools in the past, co-founder of MARCH, creator of the Global Free Unit. Robert researches and practices architecture in overcoming social crises, working in zones of fast social and economic change. In the 1980s he was part NATO, which greatly influenced modern British architecture. Robert is also the Director of Innovation at Publica.

Founder and genius loci of the Park, Nikolay was one of the first artists to start working and living in Nikola-Lenivets Village. He soon realised that he had an enormous resource at his fingertips and has transformed the abandoned countryside into an art park using local labour over the last 20 years. Nikolay's art practice is inclusive and collective and over the last two decades has created one of the most interesting Gesamtkunstwerks in the world.

Award winning designer and educator, co-founder of the Building Works Unit, Studio leader at Oxford Brooks University. Thomas led the international design and build RTU summer school in Latvia for many years and co-founded the Nikola-Lenivets Classroom by leading the design and construction of the 2017 Sliced White Pavilion.
Thomas works a lot with his hands as a designer and innovator, is the winner of prestigious international competitions and the author of public pavilions in the UK.
